Please note, we do not currently offer one-off cleans or end-of-lease cleaning services.

Yes, absolutely! While we typically offer a set package to keep things simple, this can be customised to better suit your home, lifestyle, and priorities. Whether you’d like extra focus in certain areas or want to swap out a task or room, we're happy to tailor our package to what works best for you.
Not at all, we bring everything needed. We provide high-quality, eco-friendly products, along with disinfected equipment, fresh cloths and mop heads for every clean. Our vacuums are fitted with HEPA filters and triple filtration to reduce dust and allergens. We also allow time between appointments to thoroughly sanitise our tools, so every client receives a safe, hygienic service.
We prioritise low-tox, eco-friendly products, using enzyme-based and plant-derived solutions wherever possible. We minimise the use of harsh chemicals and select products based on effectiveness, safety, and environmental impact.
Yes we do! We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If we miss something on your cleaning checklist or you're not satisfied, let us know within 24hrs of your completed clean and we will return to re-clean any affected areas for free.
Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind. We hold $20 million public liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance.
Yes, we require all of our cleaners to hold a valid Police Check as well as a valid Working with Children Check
We always do our best to provide you with the same trusted cleaner for every visit. In the event that your usual cleaner is unavailable, we'll notify you and offer alternative arrangements.
You don’t need to be home for your clean, our team will discuss access with you prior to your booking. If you won’t be there, keys can be left in a secure location, such as a lock box. In some circumstances, we can keep copies of keys on file with a signed agreement.
